The usual problem that people have when they upgrade to Windows 10 is that the graphics card drivers in their computer are no longer properly matched to the operating system.  You need to update the drivers. See https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Graphics-cards/ta-p/700073#Section_.1.5

However, if you are using an older machine and if it is using an Intel graphics chip instead of a dedicated graphics card, it might not be possible to update the drivers.  See http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html for a list of all Intel graphics chips for which there is no Windows 10 driver.  If yours in on the list, you will have two choices: you may try seeing whether a 32-bit version of the Firestorm viewer works for you or you may remove Windows 10 and go back to the operating system you were using before.
