Im an orange cloud

I have done a clean reinstall   i have new viewer  SL Viewer. I am running windows 7

I was fine till the morning of the deployment. I know its a clean install due to the fact that I had to reset everything in my graphics. My partner has the same viewer  and is having no problems. i can see him and everyone else, noone can see me and all of them have updated viewers. I ran a friends avi on my viewer and it ran perfect, he ran mine on his updated firestrom, and she was an orang cloud. I have something wrong with my avi, something is loading with me.  Please, would someone help me.
