How do I get to second level support? I need this issue solved.

There is no second level of support.  You (or they) apparently have a chronically weak Internet connection. There are many steps to take for repairing it. Perhaps the simplest ones -- ones that work best for most people -- are: (1) Don't Use WIRELESS. Wireless connections are inherently less stable than direct cable connections and are more vulnerable to interference. Then, (2) Reboot your router. Unplug it from the power for a few minutes to let it clear its RAM. Then plug it back in and let it get a fresh hold on an IP address.

SIX threads, all about the same thing.  Stop It!

There are big changes happening on the grid today.  While it is possible you are caught up in them it is odd that your partner sees you as a cloud using the SL viewer.  Nevertheless, there is nothing we, you nor anyone else can do about it right now.

You should also note:

 

  1. This is not "first level support" - we are just residents like you
  2. Linden Lab has not seen any of your threads because they don't come here
  3. Unless you are a premium member there is no support (sort of)
  4. If you are a premium member then phone the live support; you're paying for it
