I have downloaded the the SL viewer as of last nite newest update

I use the SL viewer, and I am an orange cloud to updated firestorm users. I installed the new SL viewer last nite, and reinstalled today. What is causing this, and why cant my friends see me.

Reviewing the Firestorm Web Site I've posted the clean install procedure that The Phoenix Group recommends. They, not you, need to take this up with Firestorm product Support.

This is not your issue.

Here is a Test for you to do:, Go to a new public club or venue. Chat with the people and ask an opinion about your avatar's appearance. If others can see you then you're good to go.
