Is this cloud thing a result of the server side?Because I was fine this morning, its only certain sims. especially beaches

This is not your issue. If you are not an orange cloud to yourself then have fun. If you see yourself correctly then have fun.

Yes, the implementation of SSA - Server Side Appearance will cause those people not using a current version of their favorite SL Viewer to have continuous issues from this day forward. There will be many people in SL with issues because they have ignored the Updated Viewer requirement messages that have been displayed since July 9th, 2013. You can't fix their SL experience.
