Hey all, I'm wanting to sell some $L I have via the LindeX. As you can see from the screenshot below, you see 'Estimated Value' and 'Estimated Proceeds'. Does the first one indicate how much money I will receive for my $L, and the second how much when $L takes a cut? The '?' doesn't work :chickendance: Thanks, Ben.

When winter sims were released I absolutely loved them! Not so much now though, I prefer the beautiful sandy islands.

Summer. Heat, lighter nights, events, activities and people genuinely seem a lot happier.

It's always worth digging back into SL - it's an awesome environment for creativity and hang out.. I'd say go for it! I've started again after being absent for so long. 2004 to be exact.

Tottally get where you're coming from when you mention sunrise, sunset and the SL water. I miss the old viewer, I still use it through Phoenix viewer though.. but still sad knowing it's not default. Is it me, or are people in SL not as friendly? people just don't reply to random hellos when you see them in the same sim you're in.

What makes you get that warm fuzzy feeling of SL nostalgia? I remember back in 2004 / 2005, had around 5 friends who always hung out - we travelled so many sims on this plane one of them bought.. ahh man, I still have them people added to my friends list, but not even sure when they last logged in.. I do send them an i.m every now and then in hopes they still have the same email (Assuming they're getting i.m's delivered to their email.) Ahh man. What about yourself?

Mainland for me - private regions can go offline at any time if the individual/business ever go bust.. Pay more, but I'd rather have that confidence/security.

Yay another Mac user <3 what made you go for the old style keyboard?

I would recommend a Mac, just because I'm absolutely in love with them I made the switch in 2009, and haven't looked back since. I used to have so many computer issues when I used to run a Windows machines. Have you been to your local Ikea? I picked up my desk and chair from there and I love it.
