I totally agree with you - those are the days I miss too. I don't think SL is that friendly as all those years back, you could just turn up to a random sim and people would take an interest in you, and by the time you know it, you'd be having a full on a conversation that sometimes lasted for hours - nowadays, I just see people griefing each other over voice. Such a shame..

Not every month. SL back then cost $9.95 and that was it - no monthly fee, unless you wanted a premium membership. Us old accounts (my account is from 2004), still have the old perks of $L50 per week - it's nice to just watch it grow, then purchase something nice once it reaches a large amount of money. Ha - certainly not a get quick rich scheme! 😎

I would start off by returning the original viewer - viewer 2.0 is just confusing and unnecessary. Only old view picture I could find hah!

What is the purpose of bots.. I just honestly do not see the point, it's an online virtual world, surely everyone you meet should be *real*. Two things I REALLY miss about the old SL - surnames, I do understand they're coming back, which is great. The obvious one is no bots... lol.

There are a few times which are populated with bots, this kinda sucks..

I think a lot of it depends on your current setup connection and a bunch of other factors. How far away you live from the exchange etc. etc. Touch wood, ever since upgrading to Fibre, I've had 0 problems.

Okay, so I've placed an order with Vodafone broadband, £25 per month for 76mb broadband. I only needed 35mb, but seeing as it's cheaper than what I'm paying now, I thought I'd take advantage of it. 1st Oct is my switch on date! Happy! ?
