Try Tumble style from Truth.  They also have several shoulder length styles that cover the ears completely.

Magika also have a few that might work.  This one is cute...

There is current a sale going on at Magika ... 18th Birthday Sale.

Sweden didn't get through this year, so Orwar has said he's supporting Scotland 😮 And LL said they are bringing in more Moles to moderate the forum during the Dutch matches, in case Sid, Alwin, Dorientje and Archangel become rowdy

I don't give a dime about soccer. Never liked it, such a boring game.

BTW ... I am not Dutch.

Phones are pretty much a necessity these days where a gaming computer is a luxury. I was at my phone providers kiosk yesterday and perused the lineup of "no money down" and 2 years of equal payments for a plan that included enough internet to even use SL fairly regular. They are practically giving phones away that are good enough for android at least to handle SL.

To buy a gaming computer to handle SL OTOH, is a luxury many couldn't afford or justify.

Giving phones away ... keep on dreaming. You pay for the phone, one way or another in your payment plan. In fact, with those plans, you are renting/leasing the phone.

Like it has never happened that they threw a half finished feature on before?

Why do you keep insisting they only have one chance? Those of us who would use it don't need to be sold on it, we are already on the idea of it. At this point they need to come up with something hopefully better then Lumiya or Speedlight. This should not have taken this long.

Isn't that the way it goes in the tech industry? Throwing something in alpha, beta or half finished on the market, asking the full price for it and then a load of promisses that it will work as intended in the near future after a ton of updates.

That is a good point. One of the reasons I don't like the IMVU mobile is the heavy advertising, even when I was a VIP member.

I have a serious issue with this. How much of this heavy advertisement is going to be phising sites, malware sites, scam sites? And knowing that tech companies pull their hands off when something goes wrong with this advertisement, I strongly believe that it's their responsability of what they are advertising.

It sounds like you are far out of the loop when it comes to mobile gaming.

120 million gamers on Steam is a small drop in the bucket compared to the world's gaming market on Mobile.

And if you think mobilie games are just retro 2D 80s style games, you should probably trade in your old clunker phone for something more modern and more capable. Most modern phones are miniature PCs.

Like, you realize games like Fortnite are on mobile, right? One of the most popular former PC-only titles in the world. And the same is happening with other AAA titles.

Mobile is the future of gaming, regardless of how we feel about it.

It sounds like you are far out of the loop too.

I don't want it that some nitwit at the overside of the planet knows what I am doing on SL, when I take a dump on the loo or when I am buying in a store, because Apple and Google are selling your data to databrokers who don't care to who they sell that data afterwards.

Second point, not all mobile devices have the same security update plan from their nor an equal OS update path which leads that a bunch of mobile devices have security vunerabilities after a year.

@Sid Nagy Seems you have forgotten that the words "buying, selling, purchasing" have the same legal definition: "Exchange of porperty by means of payment (not defined if this has to be in a valuta)". In other words, the moment I paid for my mobile device, nor Albert Heyn, local/federal government or even the Pope has any say in what I have or have not to install on it, because that mobile device is my property.

Over here there is one supermarket chain with no fysical stores, home delivery only with electrical cars, who only uses a mobile app for ordering stuff. Not available on desktop. Our number one supermarket chain Albert Heijn, has a phone app where one scans the products with when one puts it in the shopping cart in the store and then at the check out counter one holds the app against a display, that shows/prints your bill and one pays with the bank app and off one goes.

For government websites and my pension fund and more and more medical services one has to log in with Digi-Id, an extra secure log in procedure, only available on a smart phone. Most sites are still available on desktop after the log in procedure.

Newer cars have complete digital systems to control heating\AC, radio, navigation, what not, but to make really sense you need a mobile phone connected to it as well.

Mobile phones/ tablets are so clearly the future, one has to try hard to not see it or at least ignore it.
Closing one's eyes and putting fingers in one's ears will not make it go away.

All good and well ... but when the system fails, there is nobody around to give you the service you deserve.

    Lieve mede Second Lifers,

    • Gambling

    • Frequent or intense simulated gambling

    • Frequent or intense mature or suggestive content

    • Frequent or intense medical or treatment-focused content

    • Frequent or intense references to alcohol, tobacco, or drug use

    • Frequent or intense sexual content or nudity

    • Frequent or intense realistic violence

Well ... Apple is already running behind the facts. Since June 1st 2023 it's forbidden to advertise gambling/betting on any form of media aka TV, Radio, Social Media, Printed Media, any website other then the dedicated website of the gambling/betting provider. From 2025 on, advertisement of gambling/betting will be also forbidden on sport events. Age of consent for gambling will be raised to 21 or 25 (still in debate). Granted, this law is only applicable for Belgium, but it has the backing of all members of the EU. Yeah ... but it's only in Belgium, but don't forget that the ban on tobacco advertisment and annex war against tobacco started in the same country.
