sorry to hear what you went throught but its very disturbing and the fact that he was able to get your IP sound to me he must have inside knowledge of your account, I sure if you dont work for LL or anyother organisation and assuming all the info he gave to you was correct then how can he get that, I work in it and there is no way as a normal member of LL I can get Ip addresses and what not , unless I have acess to your account details I would assume, be nice if I stand corrected or not

I agree with Penny she hits the nail on the head "who primarily rent land to in-world vendors are the ones biggest hit by the marketplace, not individual sellers because they're still selling, just with different tools." I do belive LL pushed marketplace for thier own benifit which as to take a cut from the sellers no doubt

As a DJ I pride myself to try and be professional in SL as I do In RL, but am sadden that more and more clubs are using bots and 2nds av's to build numbers,something needs to be done but what I not sure. whats your views

The point is what market place has done, all you have to look is what massive wallmarts, or my case the Tesco's in the UK have done, once you amassive all shopping under one roof you kill the local shops, same as SL once the local shops go ,clubs it has a domino effect so please lets get real, if you just to come into sl and shop from maket place at the expence of everthing else that will be shortlived, look at the whole picture rather than one small area, LL gets a cut from from market place, in world shops they do not, it was a way fo generating more money, but at the cost of less large sim owners, same land holders ect, I belive it been a costly mistake by LL's

what a stark contrast between now and four years ago when I joined SL, am unhappy to say that either the resession or bad manament has taken its toll on SL, it's not what it use to be I personally belive, before there was an ubdent of shops,malls clubs ect, today I see so much land for sale , shops and clubs and entertainment has drop, one very fundenmetal thing I feel to the demise was LL pushing market place to the expence of large sim owners who would rent vast amounts of land then section off for rent, but due to poor sales because most buy from market place, shops and mall are far and few between and thereforesim owner cannot recoup some of thier hight rents. LL need to make a pust and rejuvnate SL or I do belive it will be a nail in its own coffin, I am no expert but I think, lowering tiers is a must, also incentives for large sim renters to be able to create malls and other sourcing of income to generate growth, its like the real world with massive shopping malls, they eventually kill the hight street shop, same as SL. SL might tell you more people are joining but these are people that are not spending, as a dj I recall when tipping was abundent now its very low, and I am not talking about the greed here , talking how money is not being spent as it was. I like SL my partner and I use this to aslo be with each due to differnet countrys, but to be honest if it was not for my partner I would have quit SL long time ago, $25.00 per month is lots of money for the little enjoyment I have as to what I did have. be interesting to hear your views on SL and ways it can rejovnate

I see in SL now more and more contests poping up with reguards to pay to enter and for people to pay to vote, which to me seems to defeat the object of the contest as if you have many friends and they are willing to pay your probally win, but the main issue is the person\s who orgnise this, a money spinning exsice and would you agree or disagree maybe this should not be allowed.??? I know if rules are posted then contestants are warned but still is it acceptable and its morals?? I personally disgree with it,purley on its merits its got nothing to do with content of the winner subject matter but rather who you know LOL.

As I agree upgrades are needed, it seems then maybe they should be display in big writing on the splash screen what is going down but more importantly what would be effected,the biggest problem sometimes " is it me or SL" knowing what what is effected would go a long way, as for Dilbert Dilweg saying point the finger at LL, who should be point it too?, if my viewer,pc,everthing works in sl one day then the next it does not and I have not touched nothing then it would be logical that its the LL works. All I saying I am a paying customer and this does need to be adressed too many problems too many times

sorry for moaning but really LL's you need to get your act together, its now becoming a joke, every day something in SL does not work, or is overloaded or something, today I cannot upload due to the comman statement something about " servers not working" my lag meter, is over blown red, which ever sim I go to. I trying to put on clothes ( gray in colour) I spend my time pulling my hair out than playing this damm game. you must either sort this out, invest in new servers or what ever it takes to get SL back to a fit state of play, I pay for this privilage , give me some value for money

I like many others would love to see the day when we can organise our invent offline and on our PC, yes I know about copy\mods ect, but surely there must be a way of only being about to sort folders,items renaming ect, with copying or cloning. this would be a massive PLUS for Sl and everyone, because the biggest headache is sitting shift and organising ,I know the viewers have come a long way but still it does not beat the simple plc explorer so LL and delveolpers when is this likey ever to happen
