Hi folks this is going to sound very bias but I have to be honest, yesterday I went on a art gallery tour and some of the artistic works in SL is out of this world, but most are let down by the frames, now I have to be care full as not get banned for advertising here, LOL, but if you are in need of advice to frames please contact me in world, thats all I going to say. but do belive a frame is just as important in the presention of art work itsself.

As I am still in theme of my Art Galley which is guitars and ladies, I been using some great plug in and as I dont use photoshop reason being to ram hungry I use photoshop elements here is an example of what can been done, if you want to see more of this, please IM I cannot disclosed otherwise I get banned for advertising LOL

your right, if I choose walk and thousands did too and the money stopped pouring into LL how quick do think LL would do take something to be done about, spare me my rights, but if you belive that LL do not have a care of duty to anyone who has an account, then god forbid you never gt to exprance any of the ones mentioned and find no help , a purpose greifer ,troll on anyone who sole mission is to cause havoc in my eyes no diff to a virus and if we agree with that to a degreee then yes LL would have a right, I know its not the same(so please reply on that) but its pursose is and thats what we talking about here.

omg spare me the legality , if am a paying customer and I getting spamed or griefed, its resonable to asume that LL do have a moral right to protect me from spammmers,griefers or trolls, I am not saying from the outset to every complainted, but if you have a griefer or troll chances are he being doint it to more than one, so say if they got three complaints or more from person then YES it is LL duty of care why I am the paying customer were is my rights

Sorry Lucis, what part did you not understand I was saying if you have a known spammer lets say, and you block hi do you think he will stop or move onto the next victim. hence stand up to a bully and then he move onto another person. blocking only moves them on

Ok so maybe my terminology was incorrect, but you tell me that if a know spammer is causing havoc in sl as a paying customer is there not a duty of respocibity by LL to act.??

I was reading about a person who is being spammed and was explaining that he could not report this but all the replies he had was to mute this remove that, in otherwords why is it nearly aways the duty of the person to stop from being attacted and surely there is a duty of care from LL to investigate reson I say this, if a spammer or in my case once a bunch of trolls were being a nouiusance then surly LL have a care of duty to investigae and if found to bann these people ,telling us to mute or and sofore is like the police saying to me, dont go down that road your get stabbed, opps are you not the police??? we should be able to report things like this and it should be a case of just mute them as in most cases thats the advice, that only send them to another person.

my partner and I were dancing at a club, she asked me why i was locked on another woman, i told i was not as my view had not changed and was on us, i asked her am i still locked on to this woman she said yes, i told her my view right now is on us, so i got her to type something in IM to timestamp and i did a print screen, to prove what she was seiing at that actual time i was viewing us, so please can someone explain what the hell is going on, how is it she see's my crosshairs on some one and my view is on us, this cause a massive row, help is need urgently thanks

does anyone have a script that allows me to change textures on a mesh clothing whiles wearing them, I have a script texture changer but this only works when I set the mesh to the ground and not when wearing thanks

Yes any good photo editing software will do the trick, the uklady did take a little while to master but once you get the hang of it its great fun

Hi All been looking at a tecnue in photoshop called texure wrap, its available on you tube and is quite a effective here is a sample of the work that can been done from it

If a name change can already be done, then I dont see why a complete name change be,so my other soution is to be able to mask your name from anyone, but still have an ID tag that is visable to anyone to enable a ID for IE to report someone, this was LL would be able to ID the account. this I belive can be done , if we can send a man to the moon am sure a simple solution to stop grief or for any reson a person wishes to change ID but retain the properfty they purchased. hope this helps the debate

yes one of the pitfalls to SL, i would see it a bit like the witness protection progam, a new indentily but keeping all your years of investment retained. rather than loose a customer am sure LL's would prefer to retain that person. because like myself my invent is massive, So come on LL's give us this extra facitly think of all the people that are stuck in a sad life in here bwcause they have all thier investment in the avatar but want to move on, you own us that facility

well thinking about it further and working in IT the name is only like an account on a network but the problem is i think all your stuff will sit under a profile like a network at work, hence a new name might not work, but am sure this could be done, a name change would be the easey way and yes for $20 I think people would pay and limiting it to once a year like the account payable.

I been in SL quite a while and I sure most would agree, peole have had drama,s stalkers,bad situations and most of the stuff one lives in sl and rl, more and more people are creating new avatars, whatever the reasons could to getway from a partner, spy on someon or a complte change. What I do know and have seen it many times are people who do suffer from a trumor or something with thier long outstanding avatar, could be a failed relaltioship or bad memories to even stalkers and so on, but most that want to start a new life find it very difficult this being that thier avatar has a massive invnetory with all thier life in it, money invested that objects and clothes, and find it very hard to move over to a new av, This is what I propose to LL, why not allow as part of account holders to be able to creat a new avatar, tranfers all assets and invnetory to the new avator and then LL will give that person one month to complte the transfer and then delete the old avator, this will be only allowed one per year. this will allow the person to retain all thier investment and start a new SL without all the expendensure and time to create and buy everthing again. thus keeping the person happy and LL retaining a customer. your view would be welcome and I really thing LL should consider this, I not gone into details but am sure some will come up with TOS rights and all that stuff, but LL can do anything and changeing ownership even if its just the name would be benifical to LL LETS HERE YOUR VIEWS AND LL'S IF THEY READ THIS

Well been a quile since I posted Oh yeah I was banned for a while by LL ,but we wont go into that, hot potatoe well I have to inform you that did you know now online you can have your photography or artwork created into hardback books its not that expensive but its a very good idea if you want to show your work off,likewise I also found the same thing in sl a book that sits as a hud and you view your work or for customers. if you want more info you can contant me in world or at my gallery for any of the above BTW still exprimenting with some fantatic photoshop plug in greek wingtips

Agree with most of what you say, the prs and ppl licnece in the UK is a lot to be desired for, as funny you mentioned it was on the phone to both. and if anyone want to know the costs I can help them out. its a sore thumb on prs and ppl but thats a seperate issue. on the matter of clubs in sl, agree with you, the clubs that run it for non profit being an ego trip of for the love music is fine, its when the profit owners come in, again its a fair that if they want to re-coup cost thats fine, but not exploit other doing so. greta disscusison and hope no one takes offence we here having a disscusssion

Totally agree with you on all the counts you raised, but when I see thwe scales sliding one wy then I need to place the view of the dj, and we not talking about dj only, we talking about hosts, managers and all the staff, my prob is when a owner wants to run the club for a profit or to cover his/her costs then consideration to staff and numeration has to be fair. when I look at some of the job apps that hosts and dj's have to fill out makes me laugh. but your points were good and agree

I know am going to open a can of worms here but I have to say my view. most pro dj's do spend many hours creating a play list sometimes running up 3hrs plus ,also dj;s do have expensives too rl euipment to sl tools, so pro clubs that run a club for profit or to cover the cost of thier expensives should also consider paying fair money to djs' too, i see many clubs now not paying dj's but lt them run on tips well that all well and good if you get good tippers but in most cases you dont, I like to see the owners subises the dj, so both agree a set cost and if it does not reach that then the owner tops it up, that I would say would be fair, of course those dj's that are happy to play for tips only tha ok too, reson i say this more job applications I see for dj jobs are written in such ways with these rules and those rules do this dont do that, these are the hours I expect ect ect, then you should also pay good wages for all your staff, most I belive do and its a fair balance but more owners of establisments are exploting this so I here just to air my views.

Hi am sorry but if I got this correct then guys you are really exploiting this job, are you expecting a dj to work 6hrs for that type of wages ? yep I know about tips and all that but most dj's I know spend a least min 3 hrs producing thier playlist to fine tune for the clubs, so guys I think you should def up the wage bill, and before you say to me its gamem then the way its written to me says you are asking for a professional so it stand that you pay proffensional Lidens too. I would gauge the going rate for a good dj would be MIN 400 per hour plus his/hers tips. like to hear others views
