Redelivery is a relatively new function that creators can initiate on the marketplace, so yes. It’s possible they updated the product and sent out an update to previous buyers.

yep, I had a friend send me a redelivery out of know where from an item they had bought me years and years ago,  kinda freaked me out when they did it.

That screen capture doesn't tell me much other than you're running two TPV instances.  Aditi's up and running (I was just in Dore) and is getting used quite a bit given the testing work we badly need to do right now.  :)

I only had the one instance running monty.

Wow, those are practically archaeological artifacts.  12Gbps aggregate network throughput.  Open sourcing the servers.  4GB memory per server!  Yeah, it's very different now.  Some of that has survived, all of it is very different now.  Not certain when we'll publish a wiki update but, man, does it need one.

I shall await the day the are so I can drool!  lol.  Thank you!

Clothing must have tail-hole for floof?

the floof makes it's own hole.  I've only had one creator make a tail hole in a mesh set of pants for me.   but that was back when I was using another tail.

Have a link to the old thing you're referencing?  This might be entertaining....

Well the ones I know off hand are very old.

Then there is this, I'll just let you giggle at it, as it's not something I want.

just stuff like that,  I like keeping up on server stuffs, I'm what they would call "not a consumer user and more of a enterprise user" in terms, I have own home lab (mostly cisco crap and some dell and hp rack 1u units)

I know there is no physical hardware anymore,  I'm just wondering what all's changed and what can you share with us now?

While demos clearly are good business practice why would we be entitled to demos? There is no such thing as mandatory demos.

we should be, if some one is making clothes for a certain body, there should be a demo so we can make sure we can wear them,  I have to always adjust something and I cant do that if there is not a demo.   I'm just a bit fussy with clothing.

  7. So why is the listing practice still allowed that creators whom make clothing for mesh bodies of all types are allowed to not offer a demo of the item?

why would I the consumer just throw money at something I can not try on first?  since my mesh body type (shape) is not a standard shape?  like I need to know what I need to about tweaking without having to throw 2k down on an outfit I might be able to make work...    demos should be something that is required to even sell on the market place for clothes.

    *end rant*

I went looking and not seeing that in osgrid or opensimulator code either.

rechecking something, real quick with another method.

So far the nightly build of opensimulator does not show that "your inventory is experiencing issues" in it's source,  checking osgrid now.

edit: it's not in either of those, so it's looking more and more like it's a script that is being worn or is placed some where.

Confirming:  viewers are very well isolated from each other.  There is a tragedy in the commons when someone rezes a horror of an avatar.  And I still use an i7-3770 for testing/compatibility.

    I'm still daily driving this

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (3317.27 MHz)
    Memory: 32679 MB
    Concurrency: 12
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit (Build 19045.3324)
    Graphics Card Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2
    Graphics Card Memory: 8192 MB

zero issues doing anything, windows 11 will be a chore, but I haz the plans!

Do you think 16 gigs of Ram is good? Because it would be nice to be able to drive a nice SL car down a linden road and be able to not have to stop and wait for the buildings and scenery to rez.

that's your connection to the asset cdn servers,  but first you are waiting for the sim to ask for the assets, then telling the cdn nodes to deliver you the items, it takes a few to get everything loaded and rezzed.

I love tech and I've sat and watched for hours on end how most of this works,  so while I'm not a linden, I do have a really good grasp on it.

Sure but where are they making their money from to pay for the servers and continued development?

could of been some one invested in them,  it might or might not of been LL.  it could of been another company, but until the speedlight developer tells us, it's a guessing game.

My question is why. Assuming the developer was previously making a few L$ from the Gold plan which is now superseded with the 24/7 online ability for everyone, is the expense and his development time being paid by the Lab? And if so why is the Lab doing so? Have they lost confidence in their own upcoming Mobile viewer?

Enquiring minds are curious at what brought this about.

more than likely they added some newer code or changed out some of the configuration and want to test it.
