i ws honestly trying to just respond to u.. and now it's like i've attacked someone.... i just wanted to try and connect on making things happen and tell the background of why i'm working on this stuff..... sorry what i said made them go to extremes =x

i didn't say it was all, it was for a most part statement, because it takes a ton of filtering to find the right someone. in the mean time it's putting up with this and that and then understanding that the female friends that will always be there, are not the same as the ones who claim to want intamicy... look i'm not telling you how to think or feel on this one, so don't try to tell me what i'm going through because i know full well what my situation is. just because feel a need to make a stand for the females that can do right, doesn't mean it makes up for the ones who don't do right and usually are the ones someone like me is forced to put up with because it's supposed to make me better or more understanding, or so other nonsense that has to with me being with the right someone.....

nah it's jsut like the barter system has always been, things come in waves. the last wave wa the bdsm and just be overtly sexified.... i think that needs to go because it's just been too trendish... bloodlines was the thing to do for soooo many but they were ditzy and shifty.... there were way many hornballs and a ton of bots, it's time for those who really see what this stuff can achieve to come together and get it done.... the good part of sl will come back again, i miss the underground scene and events where people want to have a good time not just make some money for showing up.... but it takes those who know the market and are able to make things happen to be able to establish hotspots and premiere sims. when sex sells goes to just being whatever, and feeding the mind and body with creativity are revived sl will see a lot that hasn't been around because we can do a lot more with rl and other internet resources now!

i'm simply pointing at commerce and how merchants have access to more.... giving us room to make more stuff happen as others come in. the money isn't am otive but it's a huuuuuuuuuge target right now no matter how u try to see it.... more people bring up money in a day then just being socially active. me i use this for music and entertainment not money, but i can se the motive in gettign more people in through commerce.

i bridge my fb and sl also because i'm trying to bring them together more rl.... i'm getting over fb very quickly because it's a drama episode and people want to try and control what i use it for.... wtf?!?! they ruined my rl made me find sl and then try to ruin what i have going now =x bleh.... but yeah i think the thing is more of us want to use sl to do more be more and connect it more with rl really have a good time and make things happen. i think it will just be more of us who really like it making it a lifestyle to stay with and not soem commercial fad!

u can say all u want whatever about females, but i have my view due to wall i've seen and dealing with my mom currently who has this attitude like she can do whatever and others just have to deal with it is annoying.... leaving a tiny dog outside barking to the neighborhood is annoying not cute!!! all i'm saying, i can see why the world is so tense guys have become pawns when before, we all knew that dipwitted guys used females... so it was best to steer clear, now guys like me are being told to eat **bleep** and die as those guys get whatever and just let the dogs bark

u totally missed the point of what i have to say, regardless of what i've been through, i'm looking for and outlet for those who also have been through this and that and are looking for something to just break away doing!!

i accept everything i've done and for me to just go through something where i was giving all of me to a female who had 4 kids that weren't my own, treating them as if they were my own and doingm y best to show her that not all guys are just out to use and abuse the situation, and for her best friend to have to sit and tell her, that's a good man right there u should listen to him about what's going on he's trying to help u with what u have going, but for the chick i was with to get caught up with money situation from kids that arne't mine, like i'm suppsoed to take care of all of that plus handle being in school and trying to take care of my own life living off of 240$ a week..... there has to be compromise over what is really important and that should be making sure family comes first and the needs of things are taken care of...... i have no biasedness btw i see how guys take on the attitude a good bit of females choose to carry these days, it's rough, not saying all guys are perfect.... but i do know a good bit of geeky nerdish guys that get overlooked and never even get a chance to show what they are about whiel the abusive mess around idiots get whatever and then a guy like me has to say to self well oh well if she's been around the block.... wtf?!?!

i think the focus has to be on those who just want money first and foremost =x as much as i hate to say it! music heads, designers, architects, fashion minds, social party goers who want to sim their next big event, and artists who are trying to make global connects also again u have to have something set up simwise that they can get an idea of everything coming in... we need something like prim towers again only more in depth!

i tell plenty of people about sl but i don't think they ever take the time to check it out, because if they did and got past the first week of use where it's almost painful and just crazy..... i rezzed in germany when i started and there were few english speakers... i didn't know how to tp.... didn't know what all was available..... then i found my way out and bam it's one of the most amazing ideas i've been presented.... and honestly i found it trying to evade 'the voice of porn' even though it's not a real voice there does seem to be this force pulling more and more people to erotica, and for me i love using the net for learning how to use coding to do more and incorporate useful items for life just to try out..... i can say if you spend the time to make something simple and easy that shows people how to use this stuff they'll stay around.. but honestly a lot of people aren't used to total freedom and need a prefabricated something to keep them in line =x if they'd step away from facebook and try sl they'd see how much more can be done to actually make change in the world..... so many hours wasted on a site that gets few paid... as opposed to a virtual world that says do anything make it all happen!

sounds like what prim towers used to be back when i started..... miss that place there was soo much info and some really cool spots to hang out like no other !arf! my story.... i found sl tired of people in rl, sick of the industry and commercialism, and just over trying to fit in with people i knew i didn't belong around.... started djing and now i'm working my way up to a media network and consultant firm focused on helping people find their careers of choice and spreading knowledge through the ways of wisdom and not using media to become uber wealthy... i also aim to start a dating service that doesn't tthrive off of the sex life or the use of hormones for attention.... i've been through it enough rl and sl to just honestly be over it all, females are getting to have their fun do what they want and still want to blame the guy for the stuff that happens out of his control... guys are getting fed up with being the pawn and having to deal with the girly emotional drama..... sooooo i figure it's time to use intellegence to really bring people together

i'm totally down for this one and am in much need of a vacation... i'm hoping by early 2013 i'll have a new position that pays well enough to go.... i'll try and put money away until then, either way it goes wicked ideaer!!

yep still looking for u all, seems i do a good bit of babling and rambling all my own, meet a few people who do enjoy ranting from time to time, but i think it's time we start raving and makin a real party of it. i mean really this is underground life at it's best and there is much opportunity to set up events and happenings in sl and rl that would blow people's minds..... but for years now i can say i've been going hard to make it happen only to run into people who say they're all about it but then fall off and become flakey like dried up skin =x where'd the good times go?!

1. i'm on a mac and i have virtual DJ. what is a recommended stream? how many listeners (primarily club play is all i'm interested in) would i need? i see streams for various amounts and since i'm starting out i dont what to over or underkill sparrow industries has the cheapest prices for streams i've seen as of late..... if ur just starting out u'll be lucky to get 10 to 20 people at an event so ur fine with a 25 listener stream but if u feel u need it go 50...... i'd try for 192 kbs but 128 will do u just fine, u really only need to stream at 128 for quality sets shoutcast beats icecast all day! 2. how then would i use the stream? i've never done this before so i'm clueless on that aspect. the music playlists and everything else i've got. so how to use the stream with VDJ? you input the stream into the broadcast tab with all the info that will be sent you upon purchase...... if u have a .m3u playlist i think the file registry system will list it much like mp3 mp4 and wav files in the file directory on board.... if not then u'll just have to make playlists on Vdj by taking ur time to do so..... orrrr u can highlight them in ur home directory on in ur root sytem and drag them into the track list on vdj vdj works much like winamp, windows media player, or vlc player, the main thing is u get to add in real time 3. also how do i use voice with VDJ through a stream? if thats even how it would correctly work. basically i'm at a point where i have a solid understanding of how VDJ works with music, but not how it works with streams and SL. for voice u have to choose the mic and output option when u setup the stream on the broadcast tab, make sure ur mic is set up in ur system options and ur not limiting sound and then be sure that ur cue for the mic is open and loud enough volume wise to be picked up while broadcasting it's really easy the more time u spend with it and play around the more u pic up. Using ASIO is absolutely awesome if u have a nice system, but u'll have to take the time to learn how to configure the sound features and turning off other music broadcasting devices on ur system using the ASIO applet hope this helps! welcome to djing and enjoy =^^=

the thing about it is ones look totally can reveal what kind of character a person has..... i had these two twins hit on me at an event once who looked like female versions of the tweedles and i just thought hey look at first, but then they started thinking they could devour me and tried to pursue me and they we're just as the tweedles.... a box of rocks =x

i agree with most of this but i have to say for the most part, people are pretty much stupid... now business minds and students, not so stupid hints why they have other titles, but people as a generalized statement get the stupid title..... i tried my hardest not to see it this way but they did themselves in.... many try to claim to be people but really have no concept of humanity.... they're are good bit of people who are just playing cast to one or two individuals who know how to really party it up and have fun..... it's getting a bit annoying

=x sorry to remind u, but i mean besides building, fashion, and art it's the main reason i get on sl. to spin music, work on my talent as a musical artist in many ways and to make connections with those that have talent. dealing with some of these people who get a taste of the dj/musician lifestyle and begin to get a swollen head just gets annoying. especially when they want to be the center of attention and are mainly only worried about bein in the eye, NOT bringing the music that makes people want to adventure out to see what else is going on.

using a winamp plugin does not make u a dj.....it means u know ho to make a set list..... radio personalities can do this and some do it horribly.....
