Hiya Tina, maybe it is an idea to check the lag on your sim with this free lagmeter here, it could be that someone is using temprezzers or having masses of scripts running that are reducing the performance of that sim. Based on the result you should open a ticket for a restart request and include the lagmeter analysis. It might take awhile before someone reacts but in my case LL was quite helpfull ...... :smileywink: *meows*
