Stormm Firecaster

Took me forever to figure out how to even get here to this new forum and then find the "Off Topic" area that I guess is supposed to replace the general discussion from the last forum. I miss the old forum..not the bickering and spam of course but just the feel of community and ease of use along with a feeling of belonging that I just don't find as easy to get here. I spend very little time in SL anymore and yes I feel the old forum being gone is a part of that, hard to explain really. As someone else mentioned further up I to also don't like the community mailer thing...I liked seeing who was replying. THis whole thing does feel very awkward and not at all inviting which is really sad. I miss keeping up with and following so many peoples replies from the old forum. Ahhh the old days....smiles and waves to the old forumites

I think it's great there is a way to sign up to SL and choose a last name. I wish it had never been taken away in place of display names and instead gave an option to choose either the display name function or last name or something along that line. Last names to me at least help define who you are, I am Stormm FIrecaster, it helps to add a realness that just doesn't seem the same as just Stormm for me though I did grab Stormm when the display name occured, I just find I do not identify with her as I do Stormm Firecaster. May sound a bit weird but...well I am weird. lol

I love Phoenix myself, runs exactly like Emerald and so far doesn't have the drama and secret keeping of Emerald.

Sorry to hear about what he did to you and sad thing is his profile still shows he is leasing land out still to others. I usually pay in advance as well though only if the person has been in buisness for awhile, but even then some things can go wrong and you can end up out on your bottom with nothing to show for it. I hope you find somewhere else to lease from I can give you the LM to a parcel near me it has an amazing prim bonus and the landlady is awesome and there is rarely anyone but me and my family on the sim, so lag is like non existant, just depends on how much your looking to pay. Look me up inworld if you'd like a LM.

Seems this is becoming a reoccuring theme lately, i have had the same issue most of the time nothing has been done about it and im just out the money i spent which over the last few months has been pretty extensive so i dont shop as much now since the losses are rarely ever recovered, Though i do get some things back by not only clearing my regular cache but clearing my inventory cache which is under the network tab in preferences at the bottom of the page and relogging. Cant promise that will help i hope you items come back for you though.

Wish i knew the answer to why they do but i agree every skirt on the skirt level does indeed give way to much junk in the trunk lol i just adjust my shape usually having to change my nicely rounded apple bottom to a ironing board flat 0 yeck sucks when i change clothes after and forget to put it back up lol

i thought i was the only one seeing that occur lol, my boy was folding in half all day yesterday. i hope they get it fixed and quickly, its unnerving.
