hiya not sure it is the best YOU filing the ticket or starting the jira since you have no record or screenshots of the actual bug? definitely a good start posting it so someone with a record of the above happening first hand can do it.

hey spica, thank you for your reply good to know i am not the only one with the bug still! the old listing one, is .. after a few weeks of the above bug another was added: old items that have been listed like 2 years ago and have been deleted again, magically appeared.. items that have no object conntection, a random picture from another merchant and with no actual listing (clicking the item leads you to the 'home' page of marketplace) nothing could go wrong with those for customers but it still bugs me, like if you like to clean up your store, it is not possible since there is no object to delete

dear sellers, my store is still all f** up, bad word representing my mood.. i apologize! i have tried to stay on top of the topics here but being offline after spilling like a gallon of coke over my newest lappy didn't help ;p (feeling silly now for rolling my eyes at the teacher after freaking out catching me taking a zip in computer classes back then ..) i was wondering, has the picture/store bug been fixed and how about the 'old' item listing appearing again? man, fixing all pics myself is so much work, since i have had various computers since starting my store. has anyone had success getting rid of the old listings that shouldn't even be there?

i have remembered my thread again today and, hi and thank you again for your interest for the post! just and update and to officially close this thread, lindens didn't reply to my email, not a big surprise, altho i can imagine if they would start replying to dmca's they would have to hire again.. also, i couldn't find out who by or why the dmca was filed and nothing really happened.. my inventory count stayed the same, i haven't had any trouble besides worrying when i received the note. greetings

IMO it is not about 'ethics' in any way. As long as the permissions are known before purchase, it is a decision you can make as a buyer. You can also IM the seller before purchase and see how he/she handles your concerns, for example if he/she would send you another copy if something goes wrong. Myself, I just don't purchase things I don't feel good about and also test the sellers response/availability before I purchase an expenisve item. So to answer your question, it has notihing to do with ethics and is allowed by TOS, greetings

hi flea, glad your sales were good again at the weekend! mine have been normal even tho and since switching to dd. my store is pretty messed up listing wise but not complainging too much cuz i have the feeling to just sit it out .. getting pretty tired of it though you know. always think they probably fix it anytime soon! week after week!

hi thank you all for your time yes, i have given away full perm prims before and all my items for sell are modifiable. the club at the parcel is new, the objects weren't there when i looked after the email i have received nothing in my lost and found folder, i probably wasn't the owner (besides that i haven't rezzed anyhting in a long time anywhere). my inventory item count is still the same.. i give up, either my prims got modified or someone is trying to bug me or get my info.. so lame not sending me an IM before or after filing the dmca if linden responses or if my inventory count goes down, i'll post an update

i have done a search in my inventory. and the three objects called 'object' are nothing big some normal things and as 'object copybot' nothing comes up.. could it be a linked prim to an object named differently? added: and yes, i should answer to the email. maybe they can tell me more

yup, you can bulk edit it. seeing that the linden bear is "ready to use", i don't think you need to rush anything.. also who, if not even shopkeeper linden, should bother to list prims!

my listings are still *tinkered* as they were when you started the thread, they haven't snapped back (maybe yet..). (- tinkered without having any corrupted listings in their way - all was fine the first few relevance pages) also what was new today, new listings have appeared with old item names from the top selling list and other merchants pictures leading nowhere. thought it couldn't get worse ;p

i would advise you to stay away from transactions based on TRUST between residents... use lindex or virwox.. virwox cashes out instantly, it is less attractive for USD transactions and a bit more expensive
