You can rent land. It's easy to do. Inworld, open Search / Land Sales / Estate Some rental land your purchase price is the first month or week rental fee. Other rental lands you purchase for 1L$ and then visit the rental office to pay the rental fee. The performance of most of the HUD's I've used has usually been based on the performance of the Region I was using it in. Find a low traffic area with scripts enabled. You can use Search/places, search term: Sandboxes Look for one with low traffic.

I'll ask a old question I should know but forgot. Can you enable scripts by flying up above the no scripts area? It's the abuse at the Public areas where I remember that ability was removed.

Hate to keep pushing this Time thing but it's easy to have the proper time and date but set the wrong time zone. The time zone must match the isp, I think. Could even go as far as when is was last synchronized, mine was on 3-8-2011
