some more skin stores: Unique Megastore Nivarro Laq Mr Bloch Birth Jomo Red Sand and many more... i would advice tattoo layer beards, some are mod, so you can change color and you can use one skin as base. (saves lot of $$)

you can buy a parcel that size and rent it out to somebody and get a little profit from it, but you will stay owner. i'm just not sure it's possible to set the land to group use so the renter could rezz his own things. All i know is that it's possible to set a Linden Home to a group so others can use it too, might work the same with your land.

as long you don't log in with the one you want to keep and push delete it is safe. But if you have a nice inventory it's perhaps wiser to keep it as basic account (at no costs).... till end of days....

hmm... think i'd play on safe and go shop together or surprise him/her with a giftcard, but in all cases let him/her decide what to buy. Skin, hair and shape are very personal. I wouldn't like somebody else bring me that....
