    Our Grand Opening is this weekend! If you're interested in checking out the vibe of the place before you decide if you want to work here then make sure you stop by! The theme is "fantasy" avatars (centaurs, mer, fae, vampires, deer, neko, elves, etc.) but is completely optional. We'll have DJ/Host sets running from 12pm-6pm SLT on Saturday the 25th, and 10am-4pm SLT on Sunday the 26th!

Shifts are 2 hour time blocks and we prefer to hire folx who can commit to at least a once-per-week shift and can arrive prepared for their set at least 20 minutes beforehand. These are tipped positions, you keep 100% of the tips you earn. To apply: Visit our website at www.ravenfall.net and fill out the appropriate application. Applications will not be accepted via notecard. Ravenfall is on a number of social networks to make sure it's easy to stay in the loop. We use our own Discord server for chatting, sharing, and connecting with guests and staff alike. Staff are required to pay attention to Discord as it is our primary method for communicating staff issues. Ravenfall Features The Atrium - At the landing point of Ravenfall. A beautiful space filled with plants and comforts, ideal for sitting and chatting while enjoying the scenery. Ravenfall Lounge - The main entertainment spot. Dark, plush, and a little bit naughty. Follow the stairs up to Corvine Cinema. Corvine Cinema - A small plush theater designed from scratch by our builder! You won't find another like it in SL. Inside you'll find interactable snacks and a Kosmi-powdered tv to watch movies and shows with friends. Small theater seats sit singles or couples, large seats sit polycules. Raven's Retreat - Relax in this cozy witchy homey spot with a semi-secluded pool and waterfall. Lost Library - Don't blink, you might miss it! Wandering literary fans will enjoy the secluded library lost to time, where the pages of music turn slowly. Feather's Books & Brew - What could be better than a bookstore-meets-coffee-shop? CATS! This space was recently partially remodeled to become a bookstore-meets-coffee-shop-meets-CAT-CAFE. If you see Feather working behind the counter, be sure to give her headpats too! Raven's Nest - Sheltered beneath the edge of a cliff sits a glass building with a lovely magical forest view. This space includes a mini-stage perfect for intimate spoken word or musical gatherings. Soulground - Sounds mysterious right? You're darn right it is! Soulground is the other main entertainment area at Ravenfall. Water drips from the old pipes above and plants thrive in the shallow pool beneath your feet. Magic stirs in the air and beckons you in. Come dance, some join the ritual. Are those... bones? Ravenfall Lounge and Soulground feature high quality dances from the last few years (not those ugly old dances from 2006!) for single avatars as well as couples dances in a variety of styles, PLUS the SpotOn Mover system which anyone can hop on or off at any time and join the group dances that change into different formations.     Ravenfall, an LGBTQIA+ community venue is having a grand opening weekend on June 25th and 26th. We have 3 sets back to back on each day, and all of our spots are filled but TWO! We're looking for two friendly chatty hosts who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community or allies to host for this major event. The available shifts are Sat June 25th from 12pm-2pm SLT, and Sun June 26th from 10am-12pm SLT.     Hello, I'm looking to hire a scripter for a project for my sim. -What it should do- When someone arrives in the sim they are prompted to accept the sim experience. (Yes, I already have one.) They will also be given a private message in local explaining what it does. If they have already accepted it, they are not asked to join again. If they accepted the experience or previously did so, a HUD will be rezzed and attached to their screen in the lower right-hand corner. If they leave the sim, the HUD will auto-detach. If possible I would like this to work sim-wide, not just in a small area. If that is not possible, please let me know what your recommended solution would be. I have already made the HUD to be rezzed, and will be updating it from time to time. I realize I could just use an updater script to give everyone who wears the HUD an updated copy, but I'd rather lower the variable of user error by simply providing a temporary attached version. I do not have a specific time frame for this project, but completion by the end of March would be great. I do not care of the script is full perm or not, as long as I can manually set any variables that need to be set. (i.e. it doesn't require the script creator adjusting the script if something changes.) For example, if the HUD object changes names (because it will with version changes). If you're interested in this project, please send me an IM or notecard inworld with how much you'll charge for this project, and how long you think it'll take to complete.     Alwin: Because I have a venue and I'm "putting my feelers out" so to speak to see what the community is currently looking for in the ways of days and times. CaithLynnSayes: And you're welcome not to fill it out. It mentions nothing about my venue, there are no additional links. It's simply a google form with 4 questions asking what days of the week you're looking for something to do, what hours during the weekdays, what hours during the weekend, and what types of activities. It's pretty simple. The reason for using a form: Because it's a lot faster to compare data when I'm not sifting through comments and it's all centrally located in one spot with no extraneous details or confusion.

    Looking for an Event Photographer for Sunday Feb 13th, either the 2-4PM SLT set or the 4-6pm SLT set. Must have a good computer and video card and a good eye for photographing people dancing. I would like photos showcasing the room as well as the guests and staff at the highest resolution you can manage up to (minimum 1600x1200 but higher is better). Photos should be uploaded somewhere I can download them - no inworld snapshots please. Editing not required, I can edit them myself - however if you are good with photoshop and desire editing them, I am willing to pay extra. Photos must be allowed to be posted to social media sites, Flickr, and our website. Your name and website/blog/fb/slurl (whichever you prefer) will be credited everywhere the pictures are posted. Event runners are not expected to be prepared to do *all* of these special events. Staff will be selected for their specific areas of interest and skill. Must know how to post events, photos, videos, etc. to our Facebook page, advertise in appropriate advertising groups on Facebook, post event photos to our Flickr page, post to our party on AviCrowd, send notices to the inworld group to give guests a heads up about upcoming events, and post to our announcements channel on Discord.     Hello, What I have: An Experience teleporter script that would have to be dropped into all 16 location buttons on my HUD. What I want: An Experience teleporter script that is a single script, that I can drop into the root prim of my HUD and use linked object names/descriptions to define the locations. Full Permissions desired, but "copy/transfer only" acceptable if set up to define information via notecard. Do not ask me to make an offer, tell me how much you require for this. Thanks!
