Ok, thank you, that's a bit closer to what I'm asking... but 500/5000 L per week is a pretty big gap. Is it safe to say that the average pay is somewhere between there? Or is the average pay on the higher end?

Ok, maybe a better question would be - what is the average pay for these types of positions (purely as an avi and as a rl job)? And I was looking at the posts for the jobs, but most don't say a pay - that's how I ended up here. Saying it's how much YOU are willing to accept isn't really helpful, I could accept 50/week as a noob, because I don't know any better... That's kind of my point - I don't know what is a good pay, so how do I know what to accept?

Right - makes sense. But I'm looking for a more practical answer. I'm only 3 months in and have no idea what's good pay or not. lol So how much would be a decent wage for this job if you're just here to be social? and how much if you're considering it a rl position?

If I have your attention, I'd also love to see a global group chat that everyone in the game was initially added to (with the option to disable). Moderators would be selected from a pool of residents and given like free or discounted premium or something along those lines... New players would be added to a global new player chat instead of the main one until they were 2 weeks to a month old... This chat could be accessed through the ipads everyone starts off with when they first join. If you wanted to take it one step further, it could even be a fb-like social media platform in the game, with the web portions of people's profiles incorporated into it. I'm not sure how much what I'm trying to say came off as what I meant... I'm a little hungover. On a Tuesday. >.>

I think a global chat would be incredibly helpful for these issues. New users would initially be added to a New User group chat where they could ask typical noob questions, and then after the first month, they would be added to the normal global chat - where they could ask hopefully less noob questions and chat with users.

I enjoy Group notices - although it would be nice to have one button to turn all of them off and back on...
