Not anymore. I got a notification saying: "Your post in a topic was approved", and then the purple was no longer there. I could post another pic without that happening, but for some reason it happened to that particular portrait. Is there something about it that flagged it for manual checking by the Lindens?

Don't feel bad. It took me an hour to find the onscreen movement control., and how to customize the toolbars. Personally, I feel it is most useful for posed pics, and not for an "on the fly" photojournal like what my pics basically are. But I can't say that definitively after only having used it for a couple of hours.

I would have gotten a better result if I had used Firestorm, to be honest. But that's only because I know how to use Firestorm. BD is a much different entity.

My first attempt at using Black Dragon. This pic is totally raw. Definitely different than Firestorm. It'll be a while before I can make a semi-decent pic with it.

I'm still getting that purple border, and purple letters. What am I doing wrong?

I uploaded this pic yesterday, and my entire post has some weird purple border around it. i don't know if anyone could see it.. It's of some random woman I saw, who's look I liked.

I don't have the slightest clue who this woman is. I simply liked her look. I had no interaction with her at all.

Thanks Steph!!! I've made a number of things in 3DSMAX over the years for projects outside of SL, and now I needed to create a tipjar and ...wait for it...a pillow..For SL. Usually it's when my wife and I need something for our SL lives, but now I'm intrigued by the thought of creating more.

I want to design and create addons for my mesh bodies. Yes, i know how to create in 3D modelling. I.E Signature Gianni, and maitreya Laura.. In order to get the .obj file, or whatever format they have it in, one must have a store. Which is fine, and makes sense. But how can anyone create anything other than Tattoos, Skins, and Nails to use on those bodies to put in the store for them to consider the application?

I have been searching high and low for a cat avatar for my wife. One that is fully a cat. Not neko. I haven't found one. I have a proper dog AV. Does anyone know if there is a cat AV?

I've been reading the replies to your post, and I agree. You look fine. In my opinion, the only people who have a right to comment on your AV are people you ask, or your partner.

I totally agree with you. I started my female "Toy" AV with all free things. They look great.

My local tends to get very cluttered. It's very frustrating. I usually talk to people in IM, or create a group conversation. The major exception is a discussion group.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Not everyone will like your look. Give some details about what you have, and then it's easier to improve things.

Imagine if you were exploring a Dark Castle with a flashlight, and you saw this!!! A pic I took testing a new HUD that lets me walk on walls. It's pretty freaky!!!
