    I would suggest you to look on the other threads below yours, a lot of people are hiring and posting ads. Tbh, genuinely you need to be at least 30 days old for that, but it doesn't hurt to try. Give it a shot, who knows, you might get one. And ignore Mermaid Retreat.

    Talking is all great. but having a portfolio to show case your previous work upfront will help find clients or take them in more in a successful way.

    Before posting about you need a job, have you surfed the in-world forum? They have tons of job offerings. Scroll down below or scroll up, a lot of people hiring. But you have to go to them or apply yourself. It's just like RL, they won't come to you.

    You never mentioned it being a family run business. I read the whole and couldn't find you mentioning it being a family business. You didn't mention about tips either, you clearly said it being a not paid position. Only the GM and Asst. Mgr gets the perks. Getting paid and getting the perks are totally different. It's more like, if I work here, I will get to earn advantages of working here but I won't be paid in Lindens.
