Hello potentially new neighbor! I have a 4,096m² piece of land where my home lays. With so much land, I don't know what to do with all of it! So I have subdivided 960m² of it to share with a neighbor and my new neighbor will have 329Land Impact/Prims to themselves! The path I placed isn't within the border, so it isn't counted against your prims. You have land all the way from the back border of trees up to the side of the pool house. You cant even see me house unless you step onto the gravel path, or zoom out. Sky boxes are allowed as long as any objects/buildings stay within your property line. I've attached some photos below. It is currently empty, but what kind of neighbor would I be if I didn't help a fellow neighbor out! If you are interested, but don't have a house or furniture; I am sure that I have some buildings/furniture that I can put down for ya! You also have full access to the Adult indoor pool too. Requirements are that anyone interest and those that will also be living with the renter, all be above the age of 18, No children due to the adult amenities that are provided. The rent would only be $L450/week! I am a quiet neighbor, more times than none, I am out shopping. But at most I will have 1-2 guests over, rarely more. But we usually speak in IM anyway. I had this issue, people who used my landmark and got sent to ground level. After reading the above post, i realized I had the teleport routing to my landing point, that just so happened to be on the ground. I just set it to anywhere, and it fixed the problem for those using my landmarks.

Things you should know: •Pay is commission based. -That means that you get paid based on how many tenants you bring in. -Commission starts at 25% for the first tenant you bring in. Adding 15% with every additional tenant, until you reach 40%. From there every additional tenant you bring will be an 40%. (Good work in bringing in tenants? You can get bumped up to 70% per tenant) -The higher prim count they want to rent each week, means the more money in your pocket. -You get paid your percent from each tenant until the tenant, decides to stop renting from the company. •You work when you want. -Working for us, there is no minimum hours you need to work. -This job isn't demanding. If you see an opportunity as you do other SL things, take it and it could earn you some free linden each week by just doing so. -This is ideal for you newer SLers. As you do gold hunt / fishing / farming, you can keep an ear out for those needing a place to rent, or ask those that you come by. Ideal Realtor: •Outgoing -You will need to be able to approach people and be approachable. Where you can leave a mark on them. They might not want to rent now, but if you've left a big enough mark on them; when they are, they will consider you. •Dedicated -Though this is a 'work when you want' job, in order to see any improvement, and see lindens coming your way each week, you need to be dedicated enough to go out/listen and find those needing a place to rent. About the company: We specialize in sky boxes. The rental properties sits on abnormal 10,240m² of land, where I am aiming to continue in expanding the land to give our tenants bigger and better prim and size options. Currently there are a handful of rentals that are up and ready to be rented. Just check them out at our office location. Though with those few up, I, the company owner, am willing to work with our tenants in creating their ideal sky home no matter the request. Perks: Besides the commission pay, I understand that its tough starting out in SL. For those realtors really trying their best, I can give you a room to live in, in my home that you or I can decorate, and place/do what you please. So as my title asked; I am wanting to get into Breedables, but I am finding some difficulty locating any popular ones(If any). Popular enough that creators are still enough involved, maybe people selling their breedables, or anything of that sort. I've seen/read that KittyCats still going on decently. Any others? I don't have any certain preference in animal, besides being realistic, like dogs, cats, farm animals. But I am open to hearing all the options.
