I got a house in Foxbridge and it is cute; across the road from the mouth of a river, two houses from the extremely well-decorated seating area on either side of the channel, but I'm not sure I'm going to keep it.

So heads up people, I'm tossing it back in 4 minutes (the top of the hour) at Midnight AEST / 7:00a.m. SLT.

    Get ready.

My partner got your trowback LOL, I have no doubt he will do same when he home from work ^^

No, I guess I misunderstood your OP. I (she) ended up at the property that was supposed to be HERS but it had already been taken (have no memory by who of course). Then she went back and got another houseboat and it was actually HERS when she teleported there.

So similar mess I guess but not exactly.  It was odd because it DID show that she had that houseboat. But evidently two folks were given it ^^.

Yes lol, I get yours would have said your alt's name and that it was two different cases. I get in all the presure Linden computers/machines/housegivers can get messed up, but what a downer moment it would be if you finally go past that term box and see you have a house... to not have a house...

It's very hit and miss.... And mostly miss, I think. I've seen zero houses/ boats today, though I did see several yesterday (the ones @RaeLeeH and @iBrat also saw) - so I've no idea what's happening. I'm on a 65 seconds refresh, though I doubt it makes that much of a difference. Oh well.

I must say that I never seen as many on 1 day, without a release as yesterday. Since I don't use autorefresh on 70 seconds or whatever, I can't really say any, but doesn't that mean if your refresh happends the page stands still after that for 70 seconds and refreshes again? Do you know how many houses can pass by in 70 seconds!

I think that Patch reads this thread and every time someone thinks they've figured out a pattern, he laughs maniacally and purposely switches things up so that there will never, ever again be a release that fits that particular pattern.

So, really, Patch's releases are shot out all over the place.

Yep, I am pretty sure about that.

People that manually and auto refresh, pay attention 20 minutes after each hour.  Just imagine Patch and team need 20 minutes to agree a region can be released. One region Patch released was 25 minutes after an hour.  I got mine at 11:30 am on a Tuesday.  I think that's the time for every hour, 20 minutes into it, a region could be released.

I got mine at 15 minutes over the hour, 2 seconds later than the neighbours.

  6. I have two accounts, a main whois  premium and a group alt who owns nothing. I made her premium, because I didn't really liked my location and this was in april and abandoning your house that time was a risk i wasn't willing to take. Between them I catched about 4 houses, which I thought was what I wanted the most. Then my alt landed on a houseboat, beautiful location, fell in love and not giving that one up, even willing to pay again next year for my alt to keep that location.

As for Brat, she wants what she wants. I did two releases with autorefresh. I didn't like it, since I feel I am way sharper, focused and faster manual. I do not use 20 browsers, I can't be  inworld during refreshing and monitor the groups, because of lag. I rely on my guts and ofc the great people of the Bellisseria topic "last seen" to know when it is time to hit those buttons.

I usually manage to grab a plot and as soon I have the chance to go see it, I decide if I want to keep it, most of the time I release them right away, sometimes I need to explore more. Either way, I always try to mention that in the topic and tell when I will release (valuable information), which resulted in people there actually report back they saw it or even grabbed it.

As @Sylvia Tamalyn mentions there simply are people who are NEVER home during releases due to real, are slower or just have lame connections. Those people benefit from people like me and I do not feel bad about that at all.
