  2. steph Arnott wrote: Do need to remove the 32 bit version first? But this was answered by ObviousAlts just 3 or 4 posts above . . . are you reading the replies? If so, are you understanding the replies?

  4. steph Arnott wrote: So phsics wise it seems the same inworld? The question make no sense. It's all relative - all of it - from bandwidth to NIC to cpu to ram to 32/64 bit processing. It's all relative and if you don't know what to look for then you will never see.

It's not uncommon for the comments in my code to outweigh the code itself by a large margin. If programs do not contain comments then they are near useless; reason for dismissal on the grounds of being a poor programmer, imo. The second part shows me that you probably talk too much as well. Yes, women are better at that. You are, of course, entitled to your opinion, and you did state that it's only your opinion. Nevertheless, your opinion is wrong. Whilst it may be grounds for dismissal, assuming the programmer is paid for programming, lack of commenting in a programme does not make it "poor programming". It merely makes it more difficult for someone else to carry it on. Programs must be written for people to read, and only incidentally for machines to execute.
  6. steph Arnott wrote: You remind me of a guy when i first came into SL, I asked a simple question and he said "go play with your dolls, girls can not code". I reduce his code now by 60%. Had no interest in code until that comment. You remind me of a girl who needs to go play with her dolls.

  9. steph Arnott wrote: Well i wrote that as amalgamation of all the tripe some people put at the end of their MP page. If you don't like to read it then skip it and don't do business there.
  10. steph Arnott wrote: You outed your self as a troll. Has been noted by all. Thank you. Now, who didn't think that anyway . . . and that's not all I've been called! You outed yourself as well, but it cannot be written in this forum.
  11. steph Arnott wrote: You be hatch and then moan? What are you a drama queen. Silly man. You whine this "What happened? If 'answers' and emotions are what it has become then it hurts me to post." Then post this "Au contraire. The nutters, drunks, flammers, and trolls are who I miss in this forum." your a troll No. I am a drama ho! Nutters, drunks, flammers, and trolls do NOT post questions re: how do I walk and chew gum. Only lazy people post such nonsense in a GD forum because they are too lazy to understand where to ask the question and even lazier as to where to find the answer. Emotional people RIC. They RIC often and they RIC without fail. Nutters make me laugh. Drunks are, well, drunks; usually the most fun. Flammers get flamed in return. Trolls rule.
  12. steph Arnott wrote: "and I rarely use the word love. What happened? If 'answers' and emotions are what it has become then it hurts me to post." Well if you post to the public, every nutter, drunk, flammer, troll etc is going to love upseting you. What do you expect? You either ignore it or not post, even removing them does not stop them returning. Au contraire. The nutters, drunks, flammers, and trolls are who I miss in this forum.

It could just be hearsay. I also heard he is a changed avatar, quite surly I am to understand, but indeed a changed avatar.

PS It is certainly Madelaine's forum now. I'm not sure about that. It seems to me that Pep's family does an excellent job of keeping things under control here. Funny you should say that; the man himself was asking whether it was worth generating another identity, but I told him that he would be better off annoying the statistics freaks who populate the fantasy football forum he is currently frequenting. Apparently, he hasn't really got time for that though, because he has wagered a friend that he can obtain compensation from an insurance company with whom he does not actually have a policy, because he thinks they definitely employ the most stupid of all "Customer Care" staff. Current lurkers excepted, of course. ***Call his name and he shall come Yep, speak of the Devil. Like AOL in the 90's when you received a sign-up disc in the mail every day - they brought people to the Internet. Pep brought people to this house. Imho! *Can one write Imho and end it with a bang?

  21. I personally have never dreamed about sl. I guess one could argue that it is then a premonition
  22. Aislin Ceawlin wrote: My apologies, Ho, I've seen you called both. That really doesn't clear anything up though. Ah well... I like being a Ho though. Call me whatever you like, no apologies needed. I found it wasn't safe to post in the ANSWERS section - too many RIC's. I can tell you a story about a helper pin RIC'ing another helper pin, and she ended up with a 7 -10 split. So all the ANSWERS people looking for help now post in the GD forum. And all the helper pins keep it nice and orderly. OMG What would solo think!
