While your version is correct, my version is as well. You can give the same people different titles without giving them any extra permissions.

I use wifi and run on Ultra setting, I never have any problems or any lag. You may want to restart your system, to include modem, router, computer.

In the sandbox drag the item from your inventory to the ground. Right click the 'picture' and choose open. Copy to inventory. Now look in Inventory Recent and 'add' the items you want to wear.

It is already possible, just make different titles under the everyone option, assign it to the people that you want and have them choose which title they want. It has been working that way for years.
