  2. Tarina, Would you mind sending me an IM or a private message with the link. I'd be interested to see what you have on etsy.

  4. You can sell it back and get it to your card, that's no problem, you just pay a transaction fee like you do in buying Lindens. I do not know what the rate is going the other way though. You can transfer them to another account very simply. You just locate the name of your alt and select the pay option, you can transfer some or all of the funds and there is no penalty for this, it all goes across. Hope that helps.
  5. Maybe I'm mistaken, but isn't that a period ( . ) before lyric ( .lyric ) If you do that, or bunch it together anyone can have a last name. I did that with an alt. I grouped the first and last name together so i didn't have to add numbers or characters to it.
  6. The only thing that should matter is how you feel in your SL figure. If you feel too tall, make yourself shorter, but like many others have said, don't do it for the sake of others. Only if you want to. I have a lot of shapes, ranging from 5'2" up to 6'9" or so. I have favorites across the board. Be happy with who you make yourself, not who someone else might think you'd look better as.
  7. Maybe one of these would work for the skin. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Demo-Faustino-Avatar-By-TELLAQ/3613907 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Cornelius-Avatar-By-TELLAQ/3266359 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Jamaican-Man-Skin-M1-by-Unique-Megastore-1-Face-Option-Eyes-Bald-Base/4061038 Hair base for the blond https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Egoisme-Hair-Base-Shaved/1703037 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/LANEVO-MC-HAIRBASE-BUZZCUT-BONNIE-BLONDE/3520596 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Unorthodox-Carter-Hair-Blonde/3734979 Shape you'll have to try and work to get it how you like, I suggest doing the shape on the demo skin, not getting the skin before you know if it will work for you. Hope this is of some help. PS If you need help with the shape feel free to hit me up inworld. I'm a shape addict and would be happy to help as best I can.
  8. Here is a store that has some great stuff Curious Kitties All of the tops I've tried are for smaller breated avies. They have some freebies both on marketplace and in store. The shop inworld is HUGE. Check it out. You're bound to find something you like.
  9. Fluffy, I don't know what key to press to get it to work, but the best thing I did with my mac was to get a different mouse. If you do not currently have a mouse where you can right click, then get one. Then all you have to do is right click to get the options and drag down. SImple solve, you can get a nice locitech mouse for around $15. Hope that helps.
  10. Hey Sephina What kind of look are you thinking of. I could make some and share them with you if you just give me an idea of the kind of look you are going for.
  11. Thanks, that tells me exactly what I needed to know. I appreciate it!
  12. Alright, so there are Petite Human Avitars and Micro Human Avatars. My questions, is how are they really different? Is it the way they are constructed? Is it just in a name? Would hair for a Petite not work on the Micro?
  13. If the skin you have has appliers for the entire breat area, then it's the Lolas Nips that are showing through. Go on the hud and under the nipple option click on Hide. I had that happeneing to me when I first got them. Hope that helps.
  14. You could try rezzing another dummy skybox/platform and see if they move to that, if they do then for sure they are harassing you. But yeah, it's very rude of them to think they can build nearly on top of you like that. If you can't get them to agree to move their items, then you should try reporting to the sim owner and see if they can do something about it. Even if it is just that person contacting them, sometimes it's just the matter of a higher authority getting involved.
  15. Thank you Marianne, I'll check that out. I havent had a chance to look at any of the info you guys have given me yet, but I have far from forgotten it. Something to do a little later this evening!
  16. You do look a bit older then maybe you would like, but I don't think you have to do much to tweak him. Maybe a different hair style, a little less traditionally seen? The jeans and shoes look very nice, but maybe look for a different shirt and/or jacket. Over all you look very nice. I wouldn't change the avie itself, just the a accessories. Hope that helps some. Looks like we both posted at the same time, hehe. Great minds think alike.
  17. Thanks, I'll look there too. I try to stay under $L1,000, even less if I can, just because $L1,000x all of the shapes I have would be very very pricey. But If I find something I really like I'll splurge a little.
  18. Thanks, I'll check them out. To bad they don't have something enabling you to say how a customer heard of them, if places gave gifts out to people who did the refferals it might boost their sales due to more word of mouth going on. Thanks again!
  19. I've been a shape addict for a while now and though I didn't have an army of Skiny Minnie's in my collection none of them would be what I would consider robust. I've started to explore making shapes of bigger girls and wondered if anyone knew of some skins that weren't so pricing that would fit this kind of avie? So many of the females skins have the one specific detail that makes it hard to fit them to this sort of shape, that's the stomach side detailing. Chunky girls don't tend to have those line on their bellies. If anyone knows of skins that would work better for this that don't break the bank I'd appreciate your input. I have a few that work so far, and may have more in my "in need of shape" folder, but I wouldn't mind having more. ^_^
  20. Anyone who wants to, feel free to IM me as well, I'm usually on in the SL evening around 7pm SLT. Fayette Charron
  21. Thanks to you all. I will check it out. I appreciate you posting!
  22. I've gotten back into SL a little since upgrading my system to allow for the whole Mesh scene and wondered if someone would recommend, in their opinion, the most user friendly program to use for Mesh on a Mac. The other hitch is it has to be a free program. I'm looking primarily to play with it for items of my own personal usage. Sorry for such a basic questions, but those who already work in it seemed to be the best people to ask. I appreciate any opinions on it you have. Thanks! ^_^
  23. Emmett, Feel free to drop me a line if our online times match/overlap. I usually talk to people when I'm online. Once in a while no, but by far not typical of me to ignore people. I'm on generally anywhere from 7:30pm-10:30pm SLT.
  24. Bree, Thank you. I appreciate your help. I was so excited to make poses again, and then not being able to figure out the format I needs was so frustrating. You've helped me so much. I have sounding like a noob. Thanks again!
  25. Alright, so I'm already frustrated with it since I haven't used it ina a while. It took me a while to remember the settings I needed to have it to upload a static pose, but a all of that aside, I'm having a problem. When I upload a pose that is say a crawling pose, it shows the figure "standing" in this pose, So instead of hands and feet being on the ground, they look as though they are against a wall. I don't remeber anything like this happening before. Any advise? Thanks.
