i joined belleza group but it was so lag so i paied twices and i saw that  when i went to otherland that it changed and i paied twice for same group i called the group owner and thye refused to resend my money even after i sent the transctions and told me it is ll is problem i thought thye can see my payment if thye made some effort to chesk their account that was so bad and  i feel unjustice i call her to restore my doble pay as i shpuld only pay once

That's very unfortunate, but it falls into the category of what Linden Lab calls a "dispute betwen residents."  They probably won't interfere at all.  If you can't get the merchant to agree to a refund, you're out the L$.  :smileysad:

Old thread but anyway I would add that group payments really are not very clear. At least I cant see who paid so if someone left and paid again I cant see anywhere that she/he has paid. SO bit difficult to give refund...
