  Hi I am Anunnakis and I had an old Avatar called Celtician Mistwalow. The number case is 01354782 and I got an answer with a link to reply but it can´t load the case. So I am answer here. SL said I can reopen my old account if I sent som Id documents. I scaned be glad to send it if yu give me an other way to do it couse the case doesn´t load here...

That's bad luck, but LL doesn't read here. This is a resident to resident forum. You will need to try via the support portal.

In addition to the perfect Ansariel answer, why your case "dont' load"? Have you tried a different browser? Or what happens when yo go to your Support History ( https://support.secondlife.com/history/ )? More: you can open a new case with reference to the number case you can`t open.

If you are using Internet Explorer to view this site, make sure you are using Compatibility Mode.  Then you may be able to see your case.

Ansariel is right in the sense that support people do not read the forum. Some Lindens read parts of the forum, but you can't count on them to see anyting you post. For all practical purposes you are talking to other users of SL.
