how do I file a ticket to pay account of another person.

My brother is unconsicous. His payment wasn't made and I would like to pay it so if and when he wakes up and is well enough he can come back to SL.. I don't want him to loose his island. How can I make a payment on his acccount. I used to have his SL password but he must have changed it.

Hello Binski. I am sorry to hear that for your brother. You need to contact the Estate Onwer or Manager to ask how or where you can pay for him.

If your brother rents from a private owner, you should have no problem paying his rent box (check with the owner if necessary). If it is mainland, sorry, you're out of luck as LL will not accept third party payment (unless you file a support case and find someone REALLY comprehensive).

I assume that your brother has payment information on file with LL, so that his bills are automatically covered by a PayPal or credit card account.  If that's the case, all you have to do is be sure that his credit card or PayPal have money in them.

You can also contact Billing Supprt ( https://support.secondlife.com/billing-support/ ).  But, I imagine that Rolig's post is correct.  Just make sure enough money is available for the payment to go through.
