oook so i puted on a zig boady crusher and i took it off and i was still the same

i took off everthing so that the only thing there is in my shape eyes and skin i restared cleared my cheache andcontorl alt r

Put on a different shape.  If you don't have any you've acquired or made yourself, look for the default avatar shapes in the outfit folders in Inventory/Library/Clothing/Initial Outfits

What happens when you wear an outfit from your Library folder? Are you sure the crusher has been removed?

Maybe another Residents here can offered better ideas, avatars is not my speciality

Hello baby. At first remove everything you are wearing or with "Take off" or with "Detach" and relog. If the problem remains, try to test your avatar. In Viewer 3 your find it under Menu Develop (Ctrl+Alt+Q) --> Avatar --> Character Tests --> Test Male / Female. In Phoenix under Menu Advanced --> Character  --> Character Tests --> Test Male/Female If it fixes the problem (you will see your avatar like a newbie), after you can change again outfit. See if that helps.
