Hello Albe. SL time is always UTC -7 hours.

UTC = Coordinated Universal Time, the basis for civil time in many places worldwide. UTC is often casually interchanged with Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) when referred to without counting precise accuracies. The United Kingdom is not on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) when it observes daylight saving time in the summer months in the northern hemisphere. In fact, it observes British Summer Time (BST), which is one hour ahead of GMT, in this period.

(See LoveAngel's post for UTC)

You don't say where in the world you are.  There are several 'central' time zones.

  • CAT - Central Africa Time - UTC +2
  • CDT - Central Daylight Time (Aus) - UTC +10:30
  • CDT - Central Daylight Time (N. America) - UTC -5
  • CEST - Central European Summer Time - UTC +2
  • CET - Central European Time - UTC +1
  • CST - Central Standard Time (Aus) - UTC +9:30
  • CST - Central Standard Time (Americas) - UTC -6
  • WITA - Central Indonesian Time - UTC +8
