Can't Change appearance until clothing and shape are loaded

For 2 days I've been Ruthed and mostly naked.  I've tried Phoenix, uninstalled it and all saved files.  Installed newest Phoenix.   No help.  Even went back to Viewer 1.23.  I sit peacefully until my inventory stops loading before trying a rebake with no luck.

Suggestions?  I'm on Windows 7 and have been using SL on this computer for a full year.

First, try just changing your bald base to a different one, and changing your group tag.  Those two simple steps often clear up the problem you are having.   If they don't work for you, though, don't panic.  Go to http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/doku.php?id=bake_fail and do every step of their recommendations from top to bottom, stopping when you finally reach one that cures your appearance.  If you need more specific help, you can also pose a question directly to the Phoenix support staff through their in-world Phoenix/Firestorm Viewer Support group or at support@phoenixviewer.com
