If you use the Billing Office phone number for a non-billing issue, you will be referred to Live Chat (if you are a Premium member) or advised to submit a supprt ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ .  There is no support phone number.

Read all of the comments above yours in this OLD thread. There is NO customer support number except for Billing. That number is above.  If you have a technical question and you are a Premium member, contact Live Chat or file a support ticket.  If you are a Basic member or want a reasonably fast, probably reliable answer, ask in this Answers area.
