There is a toll-free support number, but it's actually for billing issues only. But you could give it a try: 800.294.1067

If you use the Billing Office phone number for a non-billing issue, you will be referred to Live Chat (if you are a Premium member) or advised to submit a supprt ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ .  There is no support phone number.

That number is above.  If you have a technical question and you are a Premium member, contact Live Chat or file a support ticket.  If you are a Basic member or want a reasonably fast, probably reliable answer, ask in this Answers area.
