That message is coming from your operating system, not from your SL viewer.  You can add details to your question by clicking on the Options link in its upper right corner and selecting EDIT.  It would help us diagnose the problem if we knew what kind of computer and what operating system you are using, for example.

From MS site:

You will see a number of cases reported on error 0xc0000409, apparently
caused by various problems. Check the Event Viewer (Start - Control Panel -
Administrative Tools - Event Viewer, Application - and System logs) for any
errors pointing towards the cause of your case.

The Microsoft article "MS05-005: Vulnerability in Microsoft Office XP could
allow remote code execution":

addresses some issues leading to error 0xc0000409, however the article may
not apply to your case.
