i cant see objects including the objects that i rezz, i already tried clearing my cache but nothing happened,

i got a problem with my viewer everytime i try to log in i always crash and got this pop up message "Secondlife.exe/application error "the unknown software exeption(0xc0000409) occurred in the application at 0x780844ce "; please help :( (my Os is XP) same pc i used in playing SL before, i got this error last july 17, i already tried to reformat my pc but i still got this problem. i checked my computer's event viewer this is what it says Faulting application secondlife.exe, version 2.7.1.36220, faulting module llcommon.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0004376e what what does it mean?
