I have a class 4 sim with tier of $195 USD per month. If I sell the sim to someone else, does tier stay the same?

No.  The  new owner will be require to pay the new tier rate, which I believe is $295 per month.

If you land is on the MAINLAND (hence the $195 I am seeing in your post) then according to the Land Fees chart, it will be $195 for the next person. If you have an island (estate land), then it will be $295.

Hi Kitty,

I assume you have a Grandfathered sim, which btw is Class 5. They were all upgraded to Class 5 a year or so ago when the Grandfathering became untransferrable, so if you sell it, the new owner's tier fee will be $295 (+VAT if they pay that).
