Crikey has it already been more than a year since Unklebob posted? I miss Tolya too.  His dry wit used to make me truly LOL, and he doesn't know it but it's probably thru him I got together with Janelle.

I get a good fix of Pep over on the feeds, which I said I wouldn't touch with a bargepole. It was thru Pep's wise posts over there that I found out that a would-be stuffy conservative politician is giving it all up to go and live with her husband and ex-manager of Def Leppard, Peter Mensch.  Heck, I have to go back to feeds now and click 'love' on his post. I keep forgetting all the different 'etiquette' .

Ah, the good old , old, old days!     From Xstreet forums I miss Kenn and Naergilien.  

(Although, I do see Kenn's wonderful posts on Facebook)

LL is concerned about retaining New Users?  What about Old Users?

In RL businesses expend more resources in retaining current customers than in obtaining new ones.  Because there is nothing that equals the enthusiasm of a satisfied customer in drawing new customers to your business.

Why does LL (at least in practice) think that this rule does not apply to them?
