How do i open a support case for avatar issues?

Ive read blogs and similar problems as mine (since im a white cloud for all eternity and nothing i try fixes it) and they all say to file a support case under Technical Questions<Avatar Issues. all i see in the dropdown; however, is avaline issues, which, if im correct, has to do with voice chat or something. Please help me im getting sick of being a cloud and no one being able to effectively assist me with this problem

When I check, I find 'Avatar issues' in the list - below Avaline issues. But also, why not give us a list of the things you have tried? Maybe we can come up with a few different thing that may help.

Being a cloud is a common issue, there is a subculture of cloud avatars forming, you can even purchase them on the marketplace, no joke.

Blogs have been written about it, many many answers have been given about it.

You could also change viewers.  I use Phoenix but there are several and maybe one will help you with rezzing better
