Maturity in Marketplace Keeps Going to General Again

Why does Marketplace keep changing my maturity level to General? I've tried changing it back to General, Moderate, and Adult, and when I click on a link, it goes back to General. I've logged in and logged out three different times. I checked my maturity levels in my preferences, which are set to General, Moderate,  and Adult. It's frustrating not being able to look up costumes or shop because I'm set to general. Any help would be greatly appreciated. How would I start a ticket in order to get this fixed if that is my only option?

Greetings!

The Search Maturity ratings options on the Marketplace are completely separate from your preferences in the viewer. 

If you click on a MKT link it is /possible/ that the system will see the Maturity Rating on the link as General and set your preferences to General. 

This also happens if you click on a link for a listing in German, or Spanish. 

You can change your Marketplace Maturity Ratings to show General, Moderate, Adult by using the drop down option to choose those ratings then you MUST click the Search button. 

If you click on anything else on the Marketplace the changes will not stick.

Text on the product page can cause your listing's rating to be changed automatically. I'd take a guess, but your account has no store.

Might help.to.clear your browser cache or try using a different browser.  Mine has gotten stuck on General before but it apparently fixed it self eventually.  If the.problem persists, file a.support ticket.
