Im wanting to rent out parcels of my private region, do they have to pay tier like when renting from mainland or just the L teir i set?

Im trying to figure out how to go about pricing. Im used to renting land from mainland so its different to me owning the land itself and renting it out. I know i have to set a weekly tier but is that all they pay or do they pay another fee on top of that.

They will only be paying you.

There is no tier in private estates.  Tier is only a Mainland concept.  As the estate owner, you are fully responsible for paying the monthly fees to Linden Lab. If you rent parts of your land to other people, they are responsible for paying you. They owe nothing to LL.  You may eject your tenants if they don't pay you, but you still have to pay LL yourself.
