Currently Renting out 2 plots of a snowy region each 1/4th of a sim (14,848 m2). They have 4,530 prims. At this size im renting it out for 3250L a week with 10% discount for a month advance. We have small decorations and a house on each plot already laid down but your able to send back anything you dont want. Allowed to terraform and change setting of the land as you please as long as it is only on your land and not others. Im trying to figure out how to go about pricing. Im used to renting land from mainland so its different to me owning the land itself and renting it out. I know i have to set a weekly tier but is that all they pay or do they pay another fee on top of that.
