An Introduction
                                                     
    First off, we would love to welcome you to OMNIA! We are a brand new magazine to hit the grid, focusing on bringing awareness regarding the many facets of creativity within Second Life. 

    You may ask, "Why OMNIA? What does it mean?". Well, OMNIA is Latin for 'Everything'. A word that easily encompasses why this magazine was created.

    Our hopes are that OMNIA will be your source for anything and everything within SL. A tool to also help our readers discover new trends, underground designers, unknown yet amazing musicians and that we're able to promote more Art, Culture, Inclusivity and Diversity. 

    We look forward to what lies ahead on this new journey and we welcome you along this ride with us.

We are in absolute need of a couple more Photographers to round out our OMNIA family. 

 Photographers are the soul of OMNIA. Your images will bring life to our concepts and convey the right message to our audiences. You will need to have extensive photo manipulation experience with working knowledge of the full Adobe Suite. In addition to taking amazing pictures, you may be asked to compose ads as needed.

I viewed your flickr group and I see many photos are just screenshots with no photo manipulation, which the OP is asking for. Seems like you're hijacking this thread to promote your flickr group.

The group is a small sampling of various photographer's work.  Some more skilled.than others.  It seems a perfect place to post a notice and for the OP to find photographers.

not every picture needs to be manipulated. Sometimes, showing a raw image is far more better than the overly edited ones. But as I can see, you've better knowledge in one it suppose to be or how it suppose to be, why not apply for the magazine? Seems a lot fitting to your critic.
