Is there a way to  fix this?  I understand that it is two opacities conflicting with one another, but I thought perhaps there may be a setting I could change or something?  When I tried the hair on, I didn't have any clipping issues.  These are the same eyelashes that I had on before. Example

Try ensuring your hair is attached to your skull (right click attach to > skull), the issue with alphas is to do with how SL prioritizes things and many makers stick to default attachment point (right hand) which causes issues.

You only have to select an attachment point once, after that you can just use add as normal and it will remember where it was attached.
