Is there a way to pay for my boat house before due date? Or a way to change billing date?

no, your payment date is set the day you subscritbe. Payment will be taken automaticly after that.
You can of course, if possible by the handler, like paypal, put a amount on the account already, or buy/sell L$ and let that balance stay at your Tilia account. ( but everytime you will use a L$ or any other buy from LL, the system will take from the balance first )

I'm assuming that you actually mean "Pay for your Premium Membership" before the due date (because the boat house can always be traded in for a different Linden Home).  If you call Billing, you might be able to have them take the money early, but it will not change the billing date for any future payments.
