Is there a way to pay for my boat house before due date? Or a way to change billing date?

I just allowed SL to install an update and now I can't launch it. I get an error message that says 'The Ordinal 353 could not be located in the dynamic link library C;\ProgramFiles(x86)\SecondLifeViewer\SSLEAV32.dll. I use a laptop w/windows 8
