Spent nearly two years on a project and had everyone deside to bale on me despite us being so close. Cant even expect to keep it open anymore since its been out of pocket and times are tough right now. At this point, Ill take any price. I just want it off my hands. Going to reduce my price to just get rid of it. Not exactly fond of selling it for less but it just needs to go.
