Paid for body mesh L 2,995 But doesnt show in transactions.

I paid for a body mest for L 2,995 It made the coin sound but it isnt in my inventory or in my transactions, now i dont have enough to buy it again.

Wait a moment. If it does not show in your Transaction log, then the money has not really gone...the transaction failed for some reason. You DO still have the money!

But it might not show up in your in world balance. When there's a discrepancy between the balance shown in your viewer and on your Dashboard page, the Dashboard is the correct one. Log out and re-log, and the viewer's balance should correct itself.

Persephone is right about contacting the creator, but NOT if the transaction didn't actually go through. Only do this if the money was paid, but you didn't receive the item. Also, check the store to see if it has a redelivery terminal (or use the Marketplace's redelivery function, if you bought it there).

Also - Be sure you are not in Busy (Unavailable) mode when buying things. This has supposedly been corrected, but in the past it was a good way to have purchased items fail of delivery and vanish forever into the void.

If it is not in your L$ Transaction history, the it really should be in your L$ balance.  Possibly the viewer is just not refreshing.  Click on the L$ at the top and if that doesn't do it, try a relog.

Do not buy it again if you already paid for it. Refresh your Transaction page and check your inworld Inventory. If you still don't see the body, send a notecard to the creator about the problem. - Also, always be very nice and polite when you contact a creator/ merchant. It never helps to act crabby or demanding.

Another problem that could happen would be if you had accidentally blocked the owner of the vendor.
