I AM A GRADUATE STUDENT AT ÇAĞ UNIVERSITY IN TURKEY CURRENTLY MAJORING IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND MARKETING. I AM WORKING ON MY MASTER’S THESIS. MY GOAL IS TO WRITE ABOUT OTHER SECOND LIFE USERS BESIDES MYSELF TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE METAVERSE AND OUR FUTURE IN IT. MY RL NAME IS BESTE.

As part of this work, I'm looking at Second Life purchases and specifically the online shopping experience associated with the platform via the in-world shopping or Marketplace. That's why I created a questionnaire for shoppers to fill out. Filling out the questionnaire takes only a few minutes and no personal data is recorded as part of the study - only the answers to the questions.

The study is completely voluntary as it is anonymous. Many thanks in advance to those who want to help.

I glanced over the survey and had one comment.  You have this statement at the top of each section...

"Second Life" refers to both Second Life physical store and marketplace according to your answer for second question(Q2).

My experiences in shopping the MP and inworld are completely different.  I'm not sure how you can lump both together and get a relevant answer.  Example:  finding a specific item will be easier on the MP as opposed to inworld using Search.  There are many questions that will have separate answers, one for MP and one for inworld.

Thank you very much for your interest. -In-world store vs. Marketplace -"In line with your answer, you are expected to answer the next sections." (Q2) You are expected to answer (by choosing one) according to your answer to this question. It can be Second Life stores or Marketplace. If you want to evaluate the two differently, you can fill them in two different ways.

Oh. I did the questionnaire and didn't understand that. I assumed you meant to combine inworld and on MP shopping for the questions. 

On MP it's faster and easier to find stuff, but harder to ascertain the quality of items. Inworld shopping is obviously much more immersive and more fun, imo.

I obviously didn't understand it either.  Maybe Q2 should be on the same page as the questions that follow?

Actually, I didn't want to divide it into sections, but in order to eliminate those who said no to the first question, We thought it appropriate to do so with my advisor. Sorry for confusing you.
