Shop rentals

What is the asking rate for renting a shop?  My partner and I are opening a club which will be part of a small city. We are looking to rent out building in the city to shops, but are wanting to offer a fair price for those rentals.  Anyone have suggestions on pricing?  Thanks in advance for any help.

Pricing varies all over the place depending on build size and prims allowed.

In general terms somewhere between 1 and 2 L$ per prim per week.
For "new clubs" without knowing anything else i would suggest the lower as your priority is probably filling those rentals first.

Also note that in general rental prices are going down so there is a lot of competition. I wouldn't go over a dollar per land impact. If your club takes off and there is traffic (and sales) to justify it you could up the rental price as stores become vacant or you make more. It isn't that hard to get nice spots these days for under 1 linden per land impact. And many folks are downsizing so I would guess your primary market would be new citizens with new brands.
