I'm having a really difficult time with customizing my avatar.  I've bought a Slink avatar, but I can't figure it out.

@WhitemawViper2 You aren't clear on what problem you are having.

Bodies, Slink or other brands, are very similar. These are bodies that are worn over the classic/default SL body like a glove. Things specific to the body, the glove, are handled in the body's HUD. Things that change the classic body, the hand in the glove, are handled by system controls.

You use the system controls by right-clicking the avatar and selecting Edit Shape or whatever. It is with these controls that you change height, fatness, big or small muscles.

If you are still having problems, ask more questions. We were all there at some point in our SL play.

There is also an in-world Slink group (free to join), and people in the group are usually very helpful.  There should be a group joiner in the Slink store, or you can search for the group "Slink. Classy gear for classy babes" and then join from the group profile window.
